Station Hotel, Dudley, West Midlands.

Investigation year 2007. We would like to thank Tina and the rest of the Ghostly Sightings team for inviting us to take part in this investigation. We would also like to thank the night manager of the Station Hotel for taking us on a tour of the cellars. Saturday 28th April. We arrived at the Station Hotel, Dudley at around 8:00pm , after meeting up with the Ghostly Sightings team we moved the group upstairs.After looking in all the rooms our team decided to start in room 217. Room 217 The room felt incredibly heavy and two of the team felt unerved. We tried calling out and a young girl was picked up on. The dowsing rods were used and were quite active and when they were used lower to the ground they were extremely active.Was this the little girl we picked up on ? Although the girl was very inquisitive she became very frightened of another entity in the room.This presence was not making itself known but was keeping to the shadows .We tried calling out but all we felt was that the entity was not happy at all with us being there and was very angry.The presence charged out of the room and immediately the room seemed calmer. There were lots of light anomolies seen in the room and sounds heard. There were also temperature fluctuations recorded within the room. As the room felt a lot calmer we decided to leave for a while and return to the base room .As we left the room and entered the hallway a member of the team saw a shadow move across the hallway and enter room 216. When she entered the room she immediately picked up a lady sitting at the dressing table brushing her hair and she was very sad. This became the next room we investigated. Room 216. This room was incredibly active.We started by calling out and were rewarded by what seemed to be answering knocks. Light anomolies were caught on video camera as well as sounds. At one point a shadow was seen between the beds this was just before a team member felt her leg pushed. This was at the time when the video that is currently on the video page was filmed. Whilst calling out one team member had the distinct impression of a pressure being applied to her throat and her ears were "popping "continuously.Upon viewing the footage captured in this room whistles have been heard , these were not heard during the session in the room but are quite clear on the video.Numerous knocks and load tappings were heard during the investigation in this room.We decided to have a short break to discuss the events so far. It was quite exciting to find that members of the Ghostly sightings team had also experienced some of the same anomolies as us in the rooms we had investigated so far and the names we had picked up on were confirmed to have had links to the hotel. The team then went to the restaurant to Georges table but unusually there was very little activity ,nothing was picked up on and the rods were quite calm. No varients on emf or temperature were picked up. At this point the night manager very kindly offered to take us all to the cellar.We were very lucky to be given lots of information about the hotel by the manager . The Cellar. In the all the rooms in the cellar light anomolies were caught on video and camera as well as being seen with the naked eye. Although lots of sounds were heard being in the cellar meant that most of these could have natural causes. In one of the larger rooms a vigil was held with all members of our team and Ghostly Sightings. The emf meter was very active going very high at times. Lots of orbs were caught and one very perculiar one, where the light travels towards the person leading the vigil, stops in front then goes up and over their head. Although there was lots of energy within the room there was not much activity so we left this room and proceeded further into the cellar. At the end of the cellar near the barrel chute a small side room had lots of light anomolies coming and going in to it. These have been captured on video. Also one team member has been filmed with what looks like a figure/shape behind her. After a very exciting time in the cellar we adjourned upstairs to have a chat and a cuppa. We found that many peoples cameras had acted strangely in the cellar.But that lots of people had caught lots of orbs on tape. Room 215 We entered room 215 and found the room to be quite calm.We built up our energy and called out to the spirits whilst in a circle.Noises were heard coming from the side of the room by the wardrobe that sounded like the coathangers inside.Lights were seen in the room but one of the team members became quite agitated and had a feeling of being theatened so we closed down the circle. We also used glass divination in this room and the glass acted wildly on the table in response to the questions asked.The answers we got shed new light on the murder commited at the station and the people involved.At the end of the session all members felt drained and needed a break. For the last part of the investigation we were going to return to room 217 but when we entered the hallway we encountered a very large orb travelling down the hallway.We captured it on digital camera and spent some time in the hallway.When we eventually entered room 217 we had another good session until the presence once again left the room and the room calmed. The investigation ended at 4:30 am. During the evening the emf readings varied greatly as did the temperature readings.We are still going through all the photos and footage taken on the evening and more of these will be posted soon. Although the Station Hotel has a very draining effect we all agreed that it was a fantastic night and that we must return very soon.
